Actually, she's pretty damn hot. Great stuff!
perhaps the clothing is a tad too 'tight' around her groin area? appart from that and the previous comments, its going great!
As for crits- hmmm... well you've nailed most of the details- and obviously this is a WIP so you'll only be adding to it- the only thing that seems a little off is her neck- looks a bit long... or maybe her face isn't quite long enough.
Also, going by Foscus' description of her- she's a kind hearted, gently missy- but with a fiery streak- I think her expression is a little aggressive- try enlarging her eyes a fraction and pulling them further apart.
Lastly (and this isn't your fault- it's probably mine)- I think she needs more detail on the back of her belt- maybe some more pouches or something.
Other than that- awesome! Can't wait to see if finished. you sir, have earned yourself a watcher!
I think I'm just going to keep updating this post, because I don't want to fill my gallery too much with wip shots, haha..
But I hope you continue your crit on this project.
updates: shortened the neck, added the back pouches, and made a pistol for the side (wich foscus is not liking right now, so I'm replacing it with something else). Also worked on the overall silhuette..
let me know what else I can improve man! I really appreciate it..

Good to hear you like constructive critisism- I've got my first taste into how long and painful modelling can be- so kudos to you!
I think my only other crit would be working into her face some more- give it a touch more definition, perhaps? The profile looks great- but from the front it looks a bit too round. Keep it up, I'm loving this so far!
